The Brief
Dangerous Beauty is an art film, photography and music experience created to spotlight the overlooked beauty within cultures that are often reduced, misunderstood, or ignored.
For its exhibition at Morgan’s on Fulton in Chicago, the goal was to translate the project’s message into a physical environment that visitors could feel instantly. We needed to create interior wall graphics that did more than decorate the space. They had to guide the experience, amplify the storytelling, and turn the gallery into an immersive extension of the work.
The Results
I helped conceptualize and design the interior wall graphics, building an environmental system that blended artistry and story. The work created a cohesive visual language across the space, supporting the film, photography, and music while guiding visitors through a clear, intentional journey.
The gallery became part of the narrative. Instead of telling people what to think, the environment let them feel it. As visitors moved through the exhibition, the work quietly challenged assumptions and surfaced the overlooked beauty of cultures often misunderstood, leaving people with a more personal, emotional perspective rather than a forced message.
Unseen beauty, made impossible to ignore.
